CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your final service total. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled one time using the original deposit with at least 48 hours’ notice. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. Cancellations & No-Shows Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, and no-show appointments will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited.
